  • Flat Referral Fee: Earn a base commission of $250 for every executed management agreement. As you refer more clients, you can earn even more:
    • For 1-5 Referrals: $250 per agreement
    • For 6-10 Referrals: $300 per agreement
    • For 11+ Referrals: $350 per agreement
  • Exceptional Service: We care for your client’s property as if it were our own, maintaining it to the highest standards and providing ongoing support.
