Rent Collection Details

At Southern Oak Property Management, rent is due on the 1st of every month. We provide tenants with a 5-day grace period, meaning rent is considered late if not paid by the 5th of the month. On the 6th, a late fee is applied, and we issue a Late Rent Notice to the tenant, outlining the overdue amount and applicable late fees.

Our tenant portal makes paying rent convenient and ensures prompt payments, helping to avoid any delays.
